As a ReBIRD Service Center we can help with any of your product needs: - ReBIRD™ Service Centres are in-store hubs for product education, care and repair. - Guests can bring their Arc’teryx products into ReBIRD™ Service Centres for on-site product assessment, education around correct product care, and quick-fix repairs. - We offer light-touch repairs on-site, such as patching small holes and tears, and fixing broken zipper pulls, as well as assessing larger issues for repair at our repair locations. - ReGEAR™ Trade-in. How does ReGEAR Trade-in work? - Guests can bring their gear into ReBIRD™ Service Centres at any time – no appointments needed. Our team will assess any issues and suggest solutions, as well as offering advice on care and repair to keep gear performing at its best. - Light-touch repairs such as zipper pull replacements and patching of small holes can be completed quickly on-site, free of charge. - Products with larger, more complex issues can be assessed immediately, free of charge and sent out to our partner repair facilities for repair.
