We offer light-touch repairs on-site, such as patching small holes and tears, and fixing brokenzipper pulls, as well as assessing larger issues for repair at our repair locations.

How does ReGEAR Trade-in work?

Guests can bring their gear into ReBIRD™ Service Centres at any time – no appointments needed.Our team will assess any iss\es and suggest solutions, as well as offering advice on care and repair to keep gear performing at its best.

Light-touch repairs such as zipper pull replacements and patching of small holes can be completed quickly on-site, free of charge.

Products with larger, more complex issues can be assessed immediately, free of charge and sent out to our partner repair facilities for repair.
