With the approaching Winter season comes a high volume of folks needing assistance with their gear to set their season off right. During our peak seasons we do require appointments to be made in advance of products being assessed. When bringing in garments for product service assessments for your time slot please ensure the following:
Garments are freshly laundered, this comes from a hygiene lens!
You understand that not all damage to gear is covered under our Limited Product Lifespan Warranty. See details here.
You understand that repairs take time. This is all dependent on the capacity of the repair facility and during peak seasons can take up to 6 weeks total processing time.
