Here’s how:
- On each product page on arcteryx.com, confirm the store shown below ‘Add to cart’ – or use the ‘Check other locations’ button to search for another store.
- Select the color and size you want to check availability at your chosen store.
- Add available products to your cart.
- Select the ‘Pick up at a store’ option during checkout.
- Complete your order and wait for your pickup email.
- Once you get an email letting you know your order is ready, it’s time to go get your new gear from the store.
When picking up your purchase, you MUST provide valid ID matching the original order confirmation. Proxies are not allowed to retrieve orders.

Our FREE in-store washing service gives your old GORE-TEX and down pieces new life.
No appointment needed, drop off your gear at the Washington DC Brand Store during business hours Monday-Friday and pick up in 3-5 days. No in-take or washing is available on weekends.
